(Senior) Account Executive (f/m/x)

As part of the New Business Team, you will contribute significantly to the implementation of our growth plans and our corporate development, working closely with your colleagues from the areas of strategy, platform and business consulting. Our sales approach and customer approach is strongly aligned with our focus industries (CPG & Retail, Manufacturing Industries, Mobility & Consumer Services). Your Responsibilities

  • You are part of a growing and committed new business team that inspires companies from the upper midmarket and enterprise environment in DACH for our digital solutions
  • You position yourself/us as a “trusted advisor” with our strategic focus customers (new and existing customers) and build a customer relationship/network
  • You are responsible for analyzing new market potentials and creating trust and visibility for our services, offerings, etc. in line with our portfolio strategy and strategic customer focus
  • You drive account-based selling by identifying customer- and business-specific pain points and providing strategic, industry-specific consulting and positioning best practices
  • Together with our in-house experts (strategists, architects, creatives) you create value propositions in the form of pitch presentations, offers, budget plans and project proposals
  • You work independently and are responsible for the complete sales and proposal process, up to the conclusion of the contract
  • You will liaise closely with our software partners (SAP CX, Adobe, Sitecore) on product development and sales in order to provide our potential customers with the best possible advice
  • You actively contribute to creating an environment of collaboration, readiness, creativity and continuous improvement

Your Skills

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in customer acquisition or consulting in the digital industry
  • You have industry-specific know-how in the challenges of digital transformation and have an affinity for digital products and services
  • You have very good oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, creative free spirit, independence, team spirit, high willingness to learn and proactive, solution-oriented thinking are part of our team DNA and are absolute must-have criteria
  • At best, you have already worked in a digital agency or consulting firm and ideally positioned consulting and implementation services
  • At best, you have basic knowledge with content management or e-commerce systems such as Adobe, Sitecore, SAP CX or similar enterprise solutions
  • You are experienced in building relationships and dealing with decision makers at enterprise customers (C-Level, Head of, VP – Level)
  • You feel at home in project sizes between €100,000 and €2 million, but also have the perspective to handle customer portfolios of €5 to €10 million
  • You can keep calm even in stressful situations and use your experience to lead project and pitch teams to success
