Your Responsibilities

  • You will work with our New Business team to drive cross-sector acquisition of target customers from the higher mid-market and enterprise environment in the DACH region
  • You are familiar with account-based marketing methods and have the experience to initiate 1to1 marketing initiatives on account level
  • You develop a cross-industry sales marketing strategy for targeted industry, offering or account-specific marketing campaigns
  • You have your ear to the customer’s challenges and proactively identify solution ideas with your team
  • You will liaise closely with our software partners (Adobe, SAP CX and others) on sales and marketing initiatives and be responsible for all partner marketing activities
  • You are responsible for developing and leading a 4-5 person Business Development & Sales Marketing team
  • You will be responsible for a 6-figure budget, keeping a constant eye on the numbers and acting proactively to close revenue and pipeline gaps with targeted demand generation campaigns
  • You report directly to our Chief Sales Officer and work hand-in-hand with our go-to-market team to build a sustainable pipeline
  • You will provide regular cost & ROI reporting of all sales marketing activities for our leadership
  • You are responsible for our partner & sales events such as roundtables, workshops, webinars, trade shows or masterclasses (remote and on-site)

Your Skills

  • You have a strong interest in modern and innovative customer experience technologies and related opportunities to improve the digital experience of your customers 
  • You are passionate about storytelling and like to deepen and market complex use cases along your customer’s customer journey 
  • You have relevant experience in sales marketing, account-based marketing, as well as funnel management and building nurturing routes
  • You are sales-oriented and have experience in sales and/or marketing of agency services
  • You have very good oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English 
  • You are a self-starter, team player, willing to learn and have a pro-active solution-oriented approach 
  • You have strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Your way of working is structured, cooperative and characterized by deadline-oriented action
