Your Responsibilities

In this role you consult our clients on architectural questions around Marketing Automation, CDP and Analytics
You create high level enterprise architecture covering customer data processing and marketing use cases as well as detailed architecture of data platforms and marketing solutions
You summarize results of your work in different formats that are understandable for business and technical users
You evaluate use cases and extract technical requirements from our clients
You analyse and execute technical capabilities of CDP and MA vendors
You organise and execute technical workshops
You provide high level concepts for required integrations and interfaces

Your Skills

You understand the principles of the Enterprise Architecture in the context of Customer Data Management, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence and Web Analytics
You have a profound knowledge of both relational and non-relational database management systems and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g. Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Redshift, DynamoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
You have experience in configuring and integrating of at least one leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) like Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium or Twilio Segment
You are skilled in using event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Solace), ETL and data integration infrastructure (SFTP, API)
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, Tag Management and Web Analytics systems is a plus
You have good presentation and communication skills in English (at least C1) and also in German (at least C1)
