Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the administration of the IT infrastructure, including vCenter, ESXi servers, storages, switches, and Wi-Fi
You manage Linux and Windows servers
User management in Active Directory and other systems is also part of your responsibilities
You administer software such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
You are in charge of selecting and procuring IT equipment and software
You are responsible for IT inventory management
Setting up Windows and MacOS devices is also within your scope of work
You take care of first level support for the international team
Furthermore, you document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Your Skills

You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent
You take a proactive approach and are willing to learn new technologies
You have completed professional education as an IT Administrator
You have good knowledge of English, German is a plus
You have experience in IT administration
You possess knowledge in the areas of system and application security as well as networking principles
You have experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira & Confluence)
You are experienced in the administration of Windows and MacOS systems, as well as Windows servers and Linux systems
Additionally, experience with DELL infrastructure solutions would be advantageous
