Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine_n (Senior) Microsoft Specialist (w/m/x) zur Festanstellung. Wir sind in allen deutschen Großstädten vertreten und bieten dir zusätzlich Remote-Arbeit an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest die Entwicklung neuer bzw. die Transformation und Migration bestehender Anwendungen von Notes zu Exchange OnPrem sowie von HCL Domino Applikationen zu MS SharePoint/MS Exchange – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und nutzt dabei IBM Cloud und RedHat genauso wie AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure und interne Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Kund_innen, falls erforderlich
  • Du berätst unsere Kund_innen und interne Stakeholder rund um Technologieentscheidungen und weitere Themenfelder (abhängig von deinem fachlichen Hintergrund).
  • Du hälst mit deinem Wissen nicht hinterm Berg. Vielmehr unterstützt du als Mentor_in jüngere Kolleg_innen und berätst mit deinem Expert_innenwissen beim weiteren Aufbau des Teams
  • Wenn du darauf Lust hast, kannst du mit unseren Technologiepartner_innen neue Absatzmärkte für das Servicegeschäft erschließen oder bestehende weiterentwickeln

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Microsoft Serverprojekten
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory sowie Outlook und PowerShell, idealerweise verfügst du über erste Erfahrungen mit Office 365
  • Du zeigst Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Microsoft Cloud Technologien
  • Du hast Leidenschaft, um Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen zu erarbeiten
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there
