(Senior) Industry Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an Industry Consultant Public (f/m/x) for a permanent position as soon as possible. We are represented in all major German cities and also offer remote work.

Your responsibilities

  • You analyse the potential for optimisation, cost reduction and productivity increase through digitalisation side by side with our customers.
  • You develop innovative solutions and business processes for our public clients, with a focus on their value chain, and implement them successfully.
  • You advise our customers and internal stakeholders on public issues, IT applications and other topics (depending on your professional background).
  • You do not keep your knowledge to yourself. In fact, you support younger colleagues as a mentor and use your expert knowledge to advise them on the further development of the team.
  • If you feel like it, you can open up new sales markets for the service business with our technology partners or further develop existing ones

Your skills

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a digital transformation consultant.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in public business processes
  • You have a good understanding of IT applications like Cloud technologies, SAP, Salesforce, Service Now
  • You show a passion for developing solutions to challenging issues
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have a very good command of German and English

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there

Our way of working has changed completely. What do we do with the newly gained freedom and flexibility that the home office affords? At the same time, how to we stay in in touch with each other? Specifically: How well does the agile agency life combine with the new remote work routines? One thing is clear: there’s no going back to our old working routine. Participants become part of an interdisciplinary peer group of about twelve people learning and experiencing, among other things, how to get to know themselves better, what coaching means as a leadership skill, how a network builds a better career and what storytelling can do. One special feature to remove biases: you nominate yourself with an anonymous application and a jury selects from the applications according to fixed criteria.
