Managing Consultant SAP (f/m/x)

Where will your path lead to? Right into our SAP consulting. We, from IBM iX,  see the SAP PSM Accounting Public Sector as the foundation for modern public administration. Our process consultants design and implement SAP PSM processes and complement them with cloud solutions, Watson/cognitive technologies and data analytics.
As a Managing Consultant (f/m/x), you accompany our customers with a lot of positive energy from the strategic consideration to the successful implementation. Thus you will be responsible for innovations.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the contact person for all matters concerning our employees in the area of office organization and always keep track of everything.
  • You support our team with new business, inquiries and other issues – always keeping an eye on important timings
  • Experience in calculations, administration and document management in the area of business development round off your profile
  • You will support the bidding process, from RFP/inquiry to award, with direct customers and IBM
  • You work in close coordination with the accounting, controlling, purchasing and project teams
  • You will be responsible for the internal coordination and management of appointments, and you will also correspond on various channels, both internally and externally, using state-of-the-art communication tools
  • You prepare appointments such as workshops for customers as well as internal events and plan them up to the ordering of catering

Your tasks

  • You have relevant work experience in office organization and/or at the reception.
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and especially Outlook)
  • You have a confident, friendly, obliging and sovereign appearance
  • You are characterized by empathy, communication and team skills
  • A guest- and service-oriented way of working is one of your strengths
  • You have a hands-on mentality and flexibility
  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there
