Senior Consultant Workday (f/m/x)

As a Senior Managing Consultant for HCM Workday (f/m/x) at IBM iX, you tackle numerous business-critical enterprise policies. Our team’s challenge is to design, develop, and revise highly complex application components and integrate software packages using a variety of tools. By applying a combination of consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise, you will effectively integrate technology packages into our clients’ business environments to achieve desired business outcomes.

Where will your path lead to? Right into our HCM Workday consulting practice. We see Workday as the foundation for the intelligent future of enterprise HR. Our process consultants design and implement the software and its processes, augmenting them with robotics, Industry 4.0, blockchain, IoT, cloud, Watson/Cognitive
Techologies, and Data Analytics solutions.

As a Senior Managing Consultant HCM Workday Consultant (f/m/x), you accompany our customers with a lot of positive energy from strategic consideration to successful implementation. Thus you are responsible for innovations.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop analyses and concepts with our customers as well as optimize and implement their business processes
  • You further develop HCM Workday solutions, for example in the areas of digitalization, Internet of Things, Watson, Industry 4.0, Cloud, Watson
  • You work on international Workday projects
  • Agile working is a matter of course for you
  • You actively contribute to our professional IBM internal communities

Your Skills

  • You have several years of experience in HCM projects with Workday implementation.
  • You have a certification in a Workday HCM module,
  • Ideally, you are an enterprise architect for Workday
  • Integration skills are one of your strengths
  • You have a good understanding of the needs of the customers
  • You work independently and with a high willingness to perform
  • You are a strong communicator and possess great negotiation skills as well as mental flexibility
  • You analyze situations and solve problems
  • You are willing to work together with our customers on site
  • You have very good English skills
