Your Tasks

  • You will produce high quality communication deliverables
  • You will create and manage project artifacts for all appropriate tasks
  • You will collaborate with the team in the areas of communication, stakeholder management and generation of new ideas
  • You are responsible for independently creating communication artifacts
  • You handle largely independent workflows with the support of a project/change manager
  • You support the facilitation of workshops and meetings with sparring from more experienced team members
  • You actively challenge ideas and bring new perspectives to the table

Your Skills

  • You have completed a Bachelor or Master degree in an economic oriented field of study and have at least 2 years of professional experience
  • You have experience in Change Management and can present a portfolio of recent work
  • You are confident with MS Office
  • You have agile certifications/qualification (Design Thinking, SCRUM or Kanban)
  • Your PROSCI Change management certification is a plus
  • Your strengths include a strong ability to work in a team and individually
  • You are characterized by organizational skills and an independent way of working
  • You work in a solution-oriented and responsible manner
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

In Switzerland, we accompany organisations, companies and brands through successful digital transformations. Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there

Our way of working has changed completely. What do we do with the newly gained freedom and flexibility that the home office affords? At the same time, how to we stay in in touch with each other? Specifically: How well does the agile agency life combine with the new remote work routines? One thing is clear: there’s no going back to our old working routine.
