CX Change Lead (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

  • You successfully manage and plan complex projects with a large team and / or for senior stakeholders
  • You recognize important trends in a timely manner and initiate all necessary changes and decisions in this regard
  • You initiate and implement changes at all levels of the company and thus contribute significantly to its success
  • You act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders and, if necessary, facilitate decision-making through your qualitative advice
  • You present your visions and goals convincingly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing (in English)
  • You develop innovative solutions by using various technologies to improve business processes

Your Skills

  • You have completed a Bachelor or Master degree in an economic oriented field of study and have at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You excel in your understanding of digital transformation and various agile methodologies
  • You have in-depth experience in Change Management and can present a portfolio of recent work
  • You are characterized by strong team and individual working skills and can delegate individual tasks within the team
  • You work in a solution-oriented and responsible manner
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
