CX Change Lead (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

  • You Lead projects with a large team and / or for very complex topics and senior stakeholders.
  •  You significantly contribute to overall project success.
  • You lead and oversee complex/several change projects.
  • You act as sparring partner for senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making where needed.
  • You communicate very complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing (in English).

Your Skills

  • You have completed a Bachelor or Master degree in an economic oriented field of study and have at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You have experience in Change Management and can present a portfolio of recent work
  • You have agile certifications/qualification (Design Thinking, SCRUM or Kanban)
  • Your PROSCI Change management certification is a plus
  • You are confident with MS Office
  • Your strengths include a strong ability to work in a team and individually
  • You are characterized by organizational skills and an independent way of working
  • You work in a solution-oriented and responsible manner
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
