Senior Digital CRM Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

  • You are part of the Digital Marketing/ Data-driven Marketing/ CRM Marketing Automation/ Platform team and thus part of the development of an agency-wide offering for Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation and establishment of a corresponding mindset in all teams.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team in-house and at clients, as well as with the Marketing Campaign Delivery teams (also Near Shore/Offshore).
  • You will bring your digital marketing CRM expertise (email, SMS, social), marketing automation, data-driven CRM mark and profession to many projects for clients, but also lead your own digital marketing projects
  • You take over the guidance of interns, trainees or juniors within the team
  • You have an agile mindset and are good at dealing with rapidly changing client situations and requirements.
  • You prepare presentations and regularly present in front of the team or within the customer project.

Your Skills

  • You have several years of experience with CRM marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing departments, with a focus on actively contributing to digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social) and applying marketing automation topics.
  • You have a proven track record of working with marketing automation systems and CRM platforms and have planned and implemented your own projects. You have a good overview of the market and know some more precisely (Salesforce, Adobe desirable).
  • You are proficient in digital marketing (focus on email, SMS, social) and translate web analytics into real actions.
  • You have direct customer contact (especially virtual) and feel comfortable in daily interaction with customers. 
  • Experience with international customers in B2B or B2C is desired. 
  • Topics like CRM, Journey Builder, Audience Segmentation, A/B testing, Dynamic Content Blocks, Opening Rates, CTR, CRM campaign analytics etc. are not foreign words to you, but part of your daily work.
  • You are a digital marketing specialist (ideally with a lot of CRM experience) and tech nerd in one. You know what customers from different industries and of different sizes need and can contribute to the development of appropriate CRM offerings and strategic marketing methods.
  • You are fluent in English. German skills are obligatory

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there
