Strategy Consulting/Business Designer for energy topics and customers (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

  • You support the development and optimization of digital business models
  • You accompany agile innovation, product development and transformation processes and drive the development of new services and products in agile team setups (“innovation garages”)
  • You supervise the evaluation of existing digital product services and communication offers in the field of energy
  • You conduct trend and market research, target group and customer analyses and derive corresponding recommendations for action
  • You define not only metrics and methods for measuring success, but also mission statements and value propositions together with our customers
  • You work with idea and impulse generators for better communication

Your skills

  • You have several years of practical experience in digital strategy, consulting and/or business design, either on the consulting or client side in the energy sector
  • You have experience with pitches/co-operation in pitches, translation of client brief into creative brief
  • You ideally have basic knowledge of using common technologies in marketing automation and process digitization (e.g. with Salesforce or Adobe technologies)
  • You have a preference for numbers, data and facts and approach them with analytical skills
  • You show a natural curiosity for trends, technologies, digital business models and our customers’ industries
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
  • You have a very good command of English

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there

Our way of working has changed completely. What do we do with the newly gained freedom and flexibility that the home office affords? At the same time, how to we stay in in touch with each other? Specifically: How well does the agile agency life combine with the new remote work routines? One thing is clear: there’s no going back to our old working routine. That’s why we’re relying on a new, hybrid working model – sometimes here, sometimes there. And yes, we still believe in the power of people meeting face to face. Next generation leader programme

Our one-year programme for future people or expert leaders is comprised of four main modules, several breakouts and is a lot of fun. Participants become part of an interdisciplinary peer group of about twelve people learning and experiencing, among other things, how to get to know themselves better, what coaching means as a leadership skill, how a network builds a better career and what storytelling can do. One special feature to remove biases: you nominate yourself with an anonymous application and a jury selects from the applications according to fixed criteria.
