Associate Director Adobe Workfront (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead, manage and be responsible for the successful implementation of Adobe Workfront at our clients in various industries. From the intake, requirements gathering, design and implementation of the solution
  • You will lead and guide other consultants in projects
  • You will provide customers with advice and best practices on designing and implementing complex business workflows, and the metrics to track them
  • You will roadmap with customers to identify their path to growth and maturity in their Adobe Workfront system
  • You will consult customers in the areas of change management, user adoption, system governance, system maintenance and cleanup
  • You successfully lead discovery with clients to achieve the projects objectives
  • You will actively support the Adobe Workfront Lead in shaping relevant client propositions to win sales pursuits

Your Skills

  • You have demonstrated expertise in Adobe Workfront – including relevant certifications and have at least 5 years of working experience with Workfront.
  • You have demonstrated & sustained success in a sales and delivery role in the technology, agency, or consulting sector
  • You have an ability to inspire and excite clients about the potential and value of Workfront
  • You are able to work at speed and make experience-based judgements were necessary
  • You have the interpersonal sensitivity to succeed in a complex, matrixed, international & diverse environment
  • You have the ability to develop strong client relationships
  • You have an understanding of Agile digital delivery methods and tools – eg: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps
  • Having a change management certification would be considered as a plus
  • Fluent in English – C2 Level

Hybrid work – sometimes here, sometimes there
