Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf | Working model: Full-time (40 hours), hybrid, travel an average of two days per week

In this role, you combine consulting, technology and process expertise to create modern applications, more efficient processes and lasting digital change in the public sector.

Your impact: You develop digital strategies, put low-code platforms to effective use and responsibly integrate innovative technologies such as generative AI into our clients’ processes.

Your tasks

• Develop technology-agnostic strategies to digitalise and optimise business processes, acting as the key link between clients and project teams
• Design tailored business processes and innovative low-code solutions using platforms such as Pega, A12, d.velop or comparable technologies
• Identify and integrate relevant use cases for generative AI and automation to improve efficiency and create greater value for users
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust functional and technical concepts based on established best practices
• Help shape new application platforms and advise on selecting the right low-code technologies
• Manage key stakeholders and lead workshops and alignment processes across interdisciplinary teams

What you bring

• Several years of experience consulting on, designing and delivering digital transformation or process optimisation projects, ideally using low-code platforms such as Pega, A12, d.velop, Appian or Mendix
• Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills, with experience guiding complex transformation processes
• In-depth knowledge of process digitalisation, process modelling and automation; certifications such as BPMN 2.0, ITIL, COBIT or Design Thinking are a plus
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach, with a strong understanding of the intersection between business, IT and user requirements
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders and decision-makers, plus a genuine interest in sharing knowledge
• Fluency in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2), willingness to travel an average of two days per week and ideally experience in the public sector
