As a Trusted Advisor, you help clients navigate complex transformation journeys. You connect strategic business goals with technological opportunities and create the foundation for sustainable success. 
 
Your contribution: You turn digital ambitions into tangible business outcomes and position IBM iX as a strategic partner for sustainable transformation across the Health & Insurance sector.

Your tasks

• Build and grow strategic client partnerships with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation and long-term client success
• Shape and drive digital transformation initiatives that create measurable value across business models, services and processes
• Position IBM iX as a trusted advisor at executive level and build strong stakeholder networks within client organisations
• Take ownership of account growth, client satisfaction and business success in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling value propositions and relationship expansion
• Bring innovation opportunities into client engagements together with industry, technology and cloud partners, including areas such as AI, customer experience and backend modernisation 

What you bring

• Several years of experience in consulting, account management or a comparable role – ideally within a digital agency, consultancy or international transformation environment
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with end-to-end responsibility from strategy through execution
• Strong understanding of modern technologies such as AI, cloud and digital platforms and their application in transforming business models and processes
• Experience in strategic client management, account leadership and business development within a consulting environment
• A university degree in digital media, marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication, moderation and negotiation skills, a confident presence and fluency in German and English (at least C1) for international stakeholder environments
