As a Salesforce Engineer at IBM iX, you build the technical foundation that helps organisations connect with their customers in smarter, more personalised ways. You design scalable Salesforce solutions, enable seamless integrations and turn business requirements into reliable digital experiences that support marketing, sales and service teams alike.

Working closely with architects, consultants, product teams and clients, you combine technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset to deliver platforms that are secure, scalable and built for continuous innovation.

Locations: Varaždin, Zagreb, Osijek | Work model: full-time (40h per week), hybrid (home-office 3x per week)

Your tasks

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Build and customise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and Salesforce APIs to deliver business value
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms and third-party systems to enable connected customer experiences
• Ensure platform performance, data quality, security and governance while supporting reliable releases and ongoing optimisation
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in close collaboration with architects, marketers and product teams
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, automation and user experience

What you bring

• Professional experience developing and customising Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform integrations
• Experience designing API-based integrations and working with modern integration patterns and enterprise applications
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, governance and platform best practices
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English communication skills; German is an advantage
