Location: Berlin or Düsseldorf | Working model: full-time, 40 hours per week | Travel: an average of approximately two days per week

You connect customers with agile delivery teams and help public-sector organisations make their processes more efficient, modern and future-ready. German fluency at C1 level and English at B2 level are essential for this role due to project requirements.

Your Contribution: You shape technology-agnostic digitalisation strategies and turn business needs into responsible, practical low-code solutions.

Your tasks

• Advising customers through complex digital transformation and change processes as the central interface to agile project teams
• Designing tailored business processes and innovative low-code solutions using Pega, a12, d.velop or comparable platforms
• Capturing technical requirements precisely and translating them into robust concepts based on best practice
• Identifying valuable use cases for innovative technologies, especially generative AI, and integrating them responsibly into business processes through low-code platforms
• Shaping and further developing application platforms, including the selection of suitable low-code tools for each project
• Driving implementation of digital solutions, stakeholder management, workshops and cross-functional coordination

What you bring

• Several years of experience designing, advising on and implementing digitalisation or process-optimisation projects, ideally with Pega, a12, d.velop, Appian, Mendix or similar low-code platforms
• Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to guide customers through complex change
• Fluent German at a minimum of C1 level and very good English at a minimum of B2 level, both essential due to project requirements
• In-depth knowledge of process digitalisation, process modelling and automation; BPMN 2.0, ITIL, COBIT or Design Thinking certifications are a plus
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach, with a strong understanding of the relationship between business, IT and user requirements
• Confidence in interdisciplinary teams and with stakeholders and decision-makers, plus a willingness to share knowledge; practical public-sector experience is an advantage
