Working Student Bid Management & Sales Support (f/m/x)

Then apply now to join us as a Working Student in Bid Management & Sales Support! We’re looking for you to join our Berlin team as soon as possible, for around 20 hours per week. To ensure you’re financially supported during your practical experience, we offer a salary of €13–18 per hour.

Your tasks

• You proactively research suitable public tenders across various procurement platforms, analyze and evaluate them, and forward them to the appropriate teams
• You support the creation of compelling proposal documents and gather all necessary information
• You organize and manage all tender-related materials – from templates and references to certificates
• You assess and qualify new leads based on defined criteria to determine their relevance for our sales team
• You maintain our lead database in Salesforce and ensure that all data is always up to date
• You support the planning of various Go-To-Market initiatives, such as market research or event management

Your skills

• You are currently pursuing a degree in business administration, social sciences, law, political science or a comparable field and have at least one year of study remaining
• You have an interest in the public sector and may already have gained some initial practical experience
• You enjoy diving into new topics and tools – especially digital applications like Salesforce
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, keep a clear head even with complex requirements, and quickly grasp and assess information
• You bring a reliable, self-driven work style and enjoy contributing actively to a team
• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, and have excellent English skills
