Junior People Operations Manager (f/m/x)

Please note that due to the project demands, for this position we can only consider candidates that are German (and English) fluent.

We are looking for a dedicated People Operations Manager (f/m/x) to actively support our organization by keeping HR processes running and optimized and promoting an inclusive work culture in his/her role. We would like to fill this vacancy in Berlin (hybrid work model) and full-time (40 hrs/week) at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

• As People Operations Manager (f/m/x), you are the central point of contact for all administrative, HR-related and employment law issues 
• You are responsible for maintaining and controlling documents relating to our employee relationships (e.g. employment contracts, references, supplementary agreements, notices of termination, parental leave, etc.) in our Rexx HRIS and implementing data protection and compliance requirements
• You support and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with the relevant specialist departments and service departments (IT, Office Management, etc.)
• You manage and develop digital HR workflows, such as digital personnel files and self-service portals, in coordination with colleagues from the three country markets Germany, Austria and Croatia
• You support the planning of employee events such as health appointments for our employees in coordination with our company doctor or external service providers
• You work closely with the experts from the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development departments across countries, giving you a holistic view of modern HR management

Your skills

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role, ideally in combination with a degree or training in HR
• You are adept at using HR systems such as ideally Rexx or comparable systems and have an enthusiasm for process automation (use of AI capabilities)
• You are characterized by clear empathetic communication at all levels
• Your independent, proactive way of working, hands-on mentality and project management skills are pronounced
• You share our passion for a positive, inclusive agency culture and are open to cross-functional collaboration
• You have a very good or fluent command of spoken and written English and German (B2 or C2 level) – a little knowledge of Croatian would be nice-to-have
