Senior Alliance Manager (f/m/x)

As an Alliance Manager, you will play a vital role in operationalizing and scaling our partnership strategy with selected Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners. Reporting to the Strategic Alliances Lead, your primary focus will be to identify and activate tangible joint business opportunities, support sales enablement, and ensure that partner collaboration delivers measurable client value and contributes to revenue growth. Working at the intersection of alliance management, sales, and practice development, you will help translate partner capabilities into client-relevant, actionable offerings.

Your tasks

  • In your role you will take ownership of a defined partner set and act as the central point of contact for day-to-day coordination and communication 
  • You will identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities in collaboration with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders 
  • You will accelerate partner involvement by facilitating solution shaping, stakeholder alignment, and value storytelling to address client needs 
  • You will act as the sales engine for selected partners by connecting offerings to client pain points, unlocking white space opportunities, and positioning partners effectively in the buying cycle 
  • You will facilitate partner involvement in relevant deals by coordinating readiness, solution co-creation, and stakeholder engagement 
  • You will maintain regular alignment with partners through structured check-ins, reviews, and strategic discussions to ensure mutual success 

Your skills

  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in alliances, partner management, sales, or business development, demonstrating a proven track record of success 
  • You have experience in digital services or consulting and are familiar with ISV ecosystems, which is a must-have 
  • You have a track record of driving joint pipeline and closing co-sell opportunities with or through partners, showcasing your ability to deliver results 
  • You possess strong coordination and communication skills to align stakeholders across functions, hierarchies, and organizations effectively 
  • You are proficient in using CRM and opportunity tracking tools, such as Salesforce, to manage and monitor partner engagements 
  • You are fluent in both German and English, and comfortable preparing briefings and leading conversations in both languages
