(Junior) Sales Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

As a Sales Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you play a key role in planning and executing creative marketing campaigns and successful events.
You develop innovative concepts, coordinate their implementation, and ensure they achieve the desired impact. Throughout, you keep our brand goals in focus and actively contribute to strengthening our position in the market. Sounds like you? Then we’re looking for you – starting as soon as possible, full-time (40 or 38,5 hours/week) at our Düsseldorf or Vienna office.

Yours Tasks

  • You collaborate with our industry and subject matter experts to develop campaign concepts and lead generation initiatives – managing them independently and driving them to measurable success with the team
  • You manage campaigns aimed at generating new customer contacts for the sales team – with a strong focus on account-based marketing via LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • You independently manage campaign processes in our tools (especially HubSpot & Salesforce) to ensure measurable success
  • You are involved in the planning, organization, and execution of events to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • You monitor the Sales Marketing budget, support budget planning, and track expenses throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • You create regular reports using various systems, making a valuable contribution to evaluating our activities and defining our strategic direction

Your Skills

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • You already have initial experience in sales or marketing, ideally with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
  • You are highly organized, accurate, open-minded, resilient, independent, and a team player
  • You are persistent and goal-driven in expanding our leads and contacts
  • You have fluent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Independence, creative thinking, team spirit, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset are core parts of our team DNA – and an absolute must
  • You have a basic technical understanding and an affinity for digital topics & social media – ideally with some initial experience using AI tools
