You want to gain insights into the world of finance and finally apply your academic knowledge in practice? Then join our Banking team!
We’re looking for you to support us as soon as possible for approx. 20 hours per week – either at our Berlin office or remotely from anywhere in Germany! To make sure you’re well supported during your practical experience, we offer an hourly salary of €16–18.

Our team, the “Blue Experts,” consists of permanent and freelance employees with expertise in consulting, strategy and creative communication solutions. We work across industries to meet the demands of constant change and enable the implementation of new AI solutions, for example. With our services, we provide comprehensive support for our clients. Our goal is to act as a strategic partner, developing customized concepts and end-to-end solutions that specifically improve transformation and communication.

Your tasks

• You develop data analyses and strategic concepts together with experienced consultants
• You conduct research on market or banking topics and present the information in a clear and structured way
• You support the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
• You assist the team in maintaining and analyzing data in relevant tools and in optimizing internal processes
• You work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Consulting, or Operations

Your skills

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
• You may have already completed vocational training in banking or the insurance sector
• You have a strong interest in financial topics and ideally already have some theoretical or practical experience
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and are confident working with numbers
• You have solid Excel skills and enjoy analyzing data
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team
• You are well organized and able to keep an overview, even when handling multiple tasks
• You speak fluent German and feel comfortable communicating in English as well
