As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for the whole project cycle, predominantly from a project management perspective, but also doing backlog management. What’s the coolest about it? Your Responsibilities

You act as an all-round advisor for our international clients, committed to their goals and able to drive their strategic development.
You work on recognizing the needs of our customers and proactively present solutions by developing concepts and strategies together with our expert teams.
You create a clear vision for your projects and can communicate it to all stakeholders.
You are responsible for the product backlog of your projects and regularly coordinate requirements, goals and priorities with your customers and the team.
You create and maintain project plans, based on scope, time, budget and profitability of your projects for a broader stakeholder audience.
You prepare regular and timely status reports, including risks, issues, and mitigations.
You facilitate between users, business, and team as an intermediary to achieve the set vision.
You coordinate communication between clients and the project team and provide information for your team by elaborating user requirements and product features while facilitating their refinement.

Your Skills

You have at least three years of experience in project management in the consultancy, software development and/or IT sector.
You have a solid technical background or relevant work experience in the fields of digital marketing and/or e-commerce systems that align with our technical portfolio (Adobe Experience Cloud, Commercetools, Contentful, SAP CX and more).
You have proven the ability of fostering strategic development and know how to consult clients with a focus on achieving their needs and implement the proposed solutions.
You demonstrated excellent skills of budget controlling, reporting, tracking a time, scope, and the project profitability.
You are skilled in producing a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap based on discovered customer needs, and you are experienced in applying concepts of vision statement, epic, user stories and their business priorities, backlog prioritization etc.
You have a strong personality with outstanding English and good German language skills, presentation, negotiation, and consulting skills.
You gained solid experience in working with agile methods (e.g., Scrum Framework) and have certificate like CSPO or similar.
You bring along profound knowledge in handling project management tools (e.g., Atlassian, Azure etc.).

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 44.660.
