Go-to-Market Lead Public Sector (f/m/x)

We are looking for you – as Go-to-Market Lead Public Sector (f/m/x) – for a full-time position at our location in Vienna, starting as soon as possible. Help us develop the public sector in Austria into a digital pioneering field with full conviction and determination.

From over 1000 employees, a dedicated team of around 130 experts at our company focuses on the digitalization of public sector institutions (federal, state, local governments, social security).

Your Tasks

  • Strategy development: As a Go-to-Market Lead (f/m/x), you are responsible for the development and operationalization of go-to-market strategies and plans
  • Outbound Sales: You identify potentials and qualify needs in the public sector in Austria. You acquire customers, provide support and advice, and build long-term and sustainable business relationships
  • Network expansion: You actively drive the development of your network in the public sector and deepen partnerships. You are also the point of contact for our partners from the IBM network and within the iX agency group
  • Offer submission: Analyzing and evaluating project awards in the public sector in Austria is also part of your area of responsibility. You create offers and presentations together with our subject matter experts and, if necessary, lead workshops to close new projects
  • Awareness enhancement: You strengthen our brand awareness and market position in the public sector by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies

Your Skills

  • You have several years of professional experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • You have in-depth experience in the public sector in Austria and already have knowledge of procurement law
  • You are experienced in building relationships and dealing with decision-makers at state secretary and departmental management level
  • You have a partner network in the Austrian market or at least an overview of the most important players
  • Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify market opportunities and growth potential and develop effective strategies based on this
  • You are experienced in working with various internal teams and external stakeholders and can manage them successfully
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, which you use both internally and externally
  • You have a good sense of your customers’ needs and a strong passion for addressing them
  • You are characterized by enthusiasm for digitalization and an affinity for IT
  • You are fluent in German (C2) and have a good command of English (at least B2)
