(Senior) Industry Consultant - Insurance (f/m/x)

Are you ready to help to shape the future of the industry as a Senior Industry Consultant (f/m/x) and support various companies in their transformation? 
We are looking for you to join us as a full-time (Senior) Industry Consultant – Insurance (f/m/x) from June 1, 2025 – ideally in a hybrid working model from our Berlin office or directly at the customer’s site. 

In the Health & Insurance Cluster, we work in interdisciplinary teams on projects in the areas of insurance, healthcare & life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Our focus is on customers in the traditional insurance sector as well as statutory (GKV) and private health insurance (PKV). We set new standards for digitization in the respective industry and support our customers in transforming their services, processes and sales channels and adapting them to the growing demands of users.  

Your tasks

• You are responsible for co-developing various strategies for digital and structural transformations – always with a view to the individual challenges and goals of our clients 
• You carry out detailed analyses of existing business processes and derive concrete optimization potentials 
• You plan and moderate workshops with various stakeholders and ensure clear results 
• You support the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of our existing customers’ business 
• You accompany our customers through challenging change processes – from the idea to implementation and sustainable success 
• You actively incorporate market, technology and industry trends into your consulting projects and position yourself as a driving force 
• You work closely with colleagues from IT, sales, project management and product development to create sustainable solutions together 
• You create high-quality presentations, decision papers and business cases for different target groups

Your skills

• You have a degree in business, technology, engineering or a comparable field 
• You have several years of experience in management consulting, industry consulting or in a comparable position in the insurance sector  
• You have a deep understanding of industry-specific business models and processes  
• You are able to present complex issues in a structured manner and communicate them clearly at management level 
• You are confident in customer contact, present yourself professionally and convince with your strong arguments 
• You speak and write German and English to at least C1 / B2 level 
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner – and keep a cool head even in complex situations
