Working Student Account Management & Growth Support (f/m/x)

You’re looking to gain valuable hands-on experience alongside your studies and get a behind-the-scenes look at the healthcare and insurance industry?
Then kick off your journey with us as a Working Student – Account Management & Growth Support (f/m/x) at our Berlin office, starting as soon as possible. You’ll work around 20 hours per week and receive a competitive hourly wage of €15–18, ensuring you’re financially supported during your practical experience.

In the Health & Insurance Cluster, we work in various teams on projects in the fields of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharma and Insurance, particularly in the statutory and private health insurance sectors, but also for clients in the traditional insurance environment. We set new standards for digitalization in each industry and support our clients in digitalizing their business models, closing processes and sales channels, adapting them to the growing demands of users.

Your tasks

  • You support our Account Management team in day-to-day operations and exciting client projects
  • You contribute your organizational skills to project management: research, coordination, and documentation are in your hands
  • You take an active role in our new business and outreach activities, helping to build new client relationships
  • You help to create compelling presentations, proposals as well as go-to-market materials
  • You assist in planning and executing internal and external events – with an eye for detail and a feel for the big picture
  • You collaborate closely with our dedicated Go-To-Market team and become an integral part of our success
  • You support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and workshops, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Your skills

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, International Management, Business Psychology, or a related field
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in customer support or project management and are eager to deepen your skills in these areas
  • You enjoy engaging with people, have strong analytical skills to understand your target audience and quickly grasp complex topics
  • You work independently and in a structured way – and you enjoy collaborating with others to find the best solutions
  • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, and have excellent English skills
