Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/x)

Our “Blue Experts” team combines consulting, strategy, and creative communication solutions. Together, we drive cross-industry transformations – for example, by introducing new AI-powered HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors. We are ideally looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf – alternatively, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany!

Your tasks

• You will manage SAP SuccessFactors projects with a focus on Employee Central and Talent Management
• You will assume project responsibility, including time, budget, and resource planning
• You will lead and develop your project team
• You will create compelling customer proposals and conduct pitches
• You will coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• You will ensure the quality and success of the implementation

Your skills

• You have at least eight years of professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment
• You have already managed three implementation projects in Employee Central and/or Talent modules
• You have SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and Talent Management and are certified as a project manager
• You have experience in sales, particularly in preparing quotations and customer presentations
• You have leadership experience and can motivate and manage teams
• You speak German and English at C1 level
