Working Student - Office Management (f/m/x)

Are you a student who enjoys working with people and thrives in dynamic environment? As part of our Office Management Team, you’ll support a wide range of day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. You enjoy working with people and have a passion for providing great service within the company. Even when the phone is ringing and everyone needs something at once, you’re able to remain calm.

You are known for excellent manners, commitment, reliability, organizational skills, and you carry out your work proactively. A good sense of humour is also something you bring along, making you a great fit for the team!

If this sounds like you and you can sign a student contract for a longer period, we are looking for you to support our Office Management Team for approximately 15 hours per week in our Zagreb office. The interviews are planned for mid January. The position offers a student wage of €6.56 net per hour. 

Your tasks

• You accompany our office manager on site and support office management activities, real estate and facility management, fleet management and travel management
• You support and manage the front desk, and you are ensuring a great first impressions for our customers and partners as well as being the first port of call for your colleagues
• You are welcoming guests and looking after them
• You support various administrative and operational tasks

Your skills

• You are currently studying, preferably business administration
• Ideally, you already have some work experience through internships or part-time jobs
• You have a driving license (active driver)
• You are an organisational talent, experienced in using MS Office products
• Your core characteristics include team spirit, reliability in dealing with confidential information and a structured, careful way of working
• You are empathetic and have strong communication skills in Croatian and English
• You have student status and can sign a student contract, ideally over a longer period
