Senior Workfront Consultant (f/m/x)

As a Senior Workfront Consultant, you help leading organizations design efficient, scalable collaboration and workflow solutions by aligning business processes with Adobe Workfront. Join us to translate complex operational needs into future-ready work management platforms — from discovery to adoption.

Your tasks

• You provide state-of-the-art work management and process expertise to consult clients, design and document end-to-end workflows, and drive fitgap discussions around Adobe Workfront capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integrations with surrounding systems (e.g. 
  Adobe Experience Cloud, ERP, CRM)
• You lead the analysis and optimization of enterprise work management processes, conducting in-depth assessments to align client requirements 
  with scalable, efficient solutions based on Adobe Workfront
• You collaborate closely with clients to define functional specifications, translating business and operational needs into actionable requirements for 
  implementation on Adobe Workfront
• You provide functional leadership during the implementation phase, supporting delivery teams and clients to ensure requirements are met and the 
  Workfront-based solution delivers measurable business value
• You support Presales activities by contributing to proposals, responding to RfPs, and leading workshops to identify client needs, solution options, 
  and implementation approaches
• You conduct training and enablement sessions to ensure successful adoption of Adobe Workfront. Within IBM iX, you stay up to date on work management trends, contribute to internal best practices, and support the upskilling of colleagues across consulting, sales, and delivery teams

Your skills

• You have proven experience with Adobe Workfront (or comparable enterprise work management platforms) in complex, enterprise-scale 
  transformation programs
• You bring strong knowledge of work management, collaboration, and operational processes (e.g. campaign planning, creative workflows, 
  approvals, resource management, reporting)
• You have hands-on experience supporting Presales activities, including RfP responses, solution design, and client presentations in a consulting 
  environment
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in requirements engineering, fit-gap analysis, and business 
  process design and optimization at enterprise level
• You are able to guide clients through the full project lifecycle, providing strategic advice on process improvements, platform capabilities, and 
  change enablement
• You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and trainings, and effectively bridge business, operational, and 
  technical teams
• You are open to occasional travel to support client engagements
• You are fluent in German (C1 level) and have very good English skills (B2 level). You feel comfortable in a dynamic, bilingual environment.
