Functional Expert – SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/x)

Would you like to play an active role in shaping the digital HR transformation and do you have in-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors? Then join our IBM iX team! We are ideally looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf – alternatively, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany!

Our “Blue Experts” team combines consulting, strategy, and creative communication solutions. Together, we shape cross-industry transformations—for example, by introducing new AI solutions or optimizing HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors.

Your tasks

• You analyze our customers’ HR processes and develop customized SuccessFactors solutions
• You configure and implement SuccessFactors modules such as Talent Management, Learning, or Workforce Analytics
• You assist with the integration of SuccessFactors into existing system landscapes (e.g., SAP ERP, third-party systems)
• You will support the introduction of new features and updates, including quality assurance and documentation
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers
• You will assist in the creation of offers and presentations for customers

Your skills

• You have at least four years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• You have relevant SuccessFactors certifications (preferably in the following areas): Talent Management (Recruiting, Goals, Succession Planning), Learning Management, Workforce Analytics & Reporting
• You have supported or led at least two SuccessFactors implementation projects
• You have in-depth knowledge of technical consulting and design
• You speak German and English (at least C1)
