Inhouse Systems Consultant (f/m/x)

We’re looking for you as our next Inhouse Systems Consultant (f/m/x) as soon as possible in a full-time position (38,5/40h per week) in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Wels, Graz, Zagreb, Osijek or Varaždin.

Your tasks

• You support, maintain and continuously enhance our internal systems landscape (including Salesforce, Projektron BCS and IBM Planning Analytics)
• You troubleshoot system issues by analysing configurations, data flows and integrations to resolve root causes efficiently
• You drive system implementations and enhancements end-to-end — from requirements gathering to rollout, training and adoption
• You analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
• You act as the interface between business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear specifications
• You collaborate with external vendors, document system knowledge and contribute to the strategic evolution of our internal tools 

Your skills

• You bring practical experience at the intersection of business processes and technical problem-solving (e.g. business analysis, consulting, development or systems administration)
• You quickly understand complex system landscapes and identify dependencies between tools, workflows and stakeholders
• You are confident working with enterprise systems (e.g. CRM, project management, planning or analytics tools); experience with Salesforce, Projektron BCS or IBM Planning Analytics is a plus
• You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ideally some familiarity with APIs, data flows or scripting/automation (e.g. Python)
• You communicate confidently with both business and technical teams and work in a structured, proactive and self-organised manner, with excellent English skills (German is a plus)
