Application Architect-SuccessFactors (f/m/x)

Would you like to play an active role in shaping the digital HR transformation and do you have in-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors? Then join our IBM iX team! We are ideally looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) at one of our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf – alternatively, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany!

Our “Blue Experts” team combines consulting, strategy, and creative communication solutions. Together, we shape cross-industry transformations – for example, by introducing new AI solutions or optimizing HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors. 

Your tasks

• You design and govern scalable SAP SuccessFactors architectures across multiple modules
• You translate HR and business requirements into sustainable system and integration designs
• You oversee implementations, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with SAP best practices
• You define integration patterns and ensure data consistency across connected HR and ERP systems
• You lead technical workstreams and guide internal teams as well as implementation partners
• You conduct stakeholder workshops and present solution concepts to senior leadership
• You manage architectural documentation, standards, and change-control processes
• You monitor SAP releases and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives 

Your skills

• You have at least ten years of experience in SAP HCM solutions, with at least five years in SAP SuccessFactors environment
• You have proven track record as a Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country implementations
• You have in depth-knowledge of integration technologies and middleware (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• You have expert knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• You speak German and English fluently (at least C1)
• You have communication and negotiation skills
• You have the ability to analyze situations and solve problems
