As a visionary pioneer for digital HR excellence, you will drive innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions as our next Package Consultant – SuccessFactors Core HR (f/m/x) while guiding our customers through complex HR transformation challenges, accelerated change, and future‑proof cloud technologies.

Our goal is to act as a strategic partner – developing tailored concepts and end-to-end solutions that optimize processes, strengthen communication, and successfully advance digital HR transformation.

Your tasks

• You lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring standardized, compliant, and integrated Core HR processes
• You translate business requirements into scalable EC solution designs, including organizational structures, position management, workflows, business rules, and country‑specific configuration
• You manage the full delivery lifecycle – from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and data migration to training, deployment, and hypercare
• You oversee HR master data governance, support data cleansing and migration activities, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• You design and validate integrations between Employee Central and downstream systems such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent modules or ERP/Finance
• You serve as the primary advisor for HR and business stakeholders, present solution options, facilitate workshops, and support change management
• You monitor quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases, evaluate new features, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• You guide and mentor junior team members, contribute to internal best practices, and support pre‑sales activities such as proposals, demos, and scoping

Your skills

• You have at least eight years of experience in HR technology consulting and at least five years of hands‑on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• You have a strong knowledge of global Core HR processes, compliance, organizational design, role‑based permissions, and security concepts
• You bring experience in data migration, data governance, and integrations with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Talent systems
• You have successfully supported or led multi‑country, large-scale SuccessFactors implementation projects
• You demonstrate excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• You can work effectively across business and technical teams and navigate complex solution landscapes
• You speak German and English fluently (at least C1)
• You bring strong analytical and negotiation skills, high mental flexibility, and willingness for occasional on-site client work
