Lead Pega System Architect (f/m/x)

As a Senior or Lead Pega System Architect (f/m/x), you will unleash the potential of digital transformation by accompanying our customers on their journey into the low-code world, providing expert advice and developing pioneering, tailor-made solutions – all in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment where creativity and expertise go hand in hand.

Your Tasks

• You are the consultative, competent interface between our customers and our agile project team
• You design and develop customized, innovative solutions and business processes for our customers using Pega technology
• You capture technical customer requirements and implement them as a Pega software function in compliance with best practices
• You design and develop new application platforms and integrate different systems
• You optimize and refactor existing Pega applications in terms of performance and maintainability
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure a seamless integration of Pega applications

Your Skills

• You have several years of relevant experience in the design and development of Pega solutions including implementation for case management, BPM, customer engagement and/or customer decision hub
• With your high level of consulting expertise, you guide our customers confidently through the processes and also score points with your communication and presentation skills in appointments and workshops
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level in German and B2 level in English)
• You have the Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certificate and have concrete prospects of soon obtaining or already holding the Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certificate
• Further certifications and experience in the use of proven methods in the field of process digitization such as BPMN 2.0 / OCEB2-F, ITIL, COBIT, ARIS or Design Thinking are desirable
• You have project experience in the implementation of integrated solutions (e.g. Pega+SAP, Pega+existing systems) and also work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You consider analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to be your strengths and always have a strong focus on our customers
• You are as comfortable in multifunctional teams as you are in communicating with stakeholders and decision makers and you enjoy passing on your knowledge to team members
• Ideally, you have already gained in-depth practical experience in the public sector
