Sales Director Health & Insurance (f/m/x)

We are looking for you as an engaged Sales Director Health & Insurance (f/m/x) for a full-time position at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf, starting as soon as possible.

In the Health & Insurance Cluster, we work in various teams on projects in the fields of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharma and Insurance, particularly in the statutory and private health insurance sectors, but also for clients in the traditional insurance environment. We set new standards for digitalization in each industry and support our clients in digitalizing their business models, closing processes and sales channels, adapting them to the growing demands of users. The focus always lies on an appealing and intuitive customer journey.

Yours Tasks

  • As a Sales Director (f/m/x) in the Health & Insurance sector, you independently develop strategic business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth
  • You not only manage the new business pipeline sustainably and build up new target customers in a targeted manner, but also develop them further
  • You position yourself as an Industry Thought Leader and recognized expert in the Health & Insurance sector
  • Together with internal and external stakeholders, you shape the industry strategy and identify growth areas
  • You act as a sparring partner and coach for your team, supporting them in their daily work
  • You are responsible for coordinating key deals, both in new business and strategic customer support
  • You align account alignments and joint new business activities with partner sales managers
  • In close collaboration with the Sales Marketing team, you develop and implement industry-specific campaigns and practical offers
  • You coordinate internal alignments at the portfolio, offer, and strategy level for the industry and ensure optimal alignment
  • You are responsible for orchestrating and managing industry-specific matters, partnerships, and ecosystems with Corporate Affairs

Your Skills

  • You have experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role in the field of health insurance or pharma and life sciences
  • You have already achieved proven success in managing new business pipelines and sustainably developing business opportunities
  • You have gained experience in collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders
  • You have your own network in the field of health insurance or pharma and life sciences
  • You have experience in orchestrating and implementing key deals, industry-specific campaigns, and practical offers
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, which you use both internally and externally
  • You speak fluent German (C2) and have good English skills (at least B2)
