Accounts Payable Accountant (f/m/x)

We are looking for you to join our Accounting team in the Accounts Payable department on a full-time or part-time basis (min. 35 hours) in Berlin or Wels as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• You check supplier invoices, ensure internal approval and post them
• You create payment runs and monitor their timely execution
• You reconcile vendor accounts and monitor outstanding invoices from suppliers
• You check and post reimbursements, travel expense and credit card statements
• You support monthly and annual financial statements
• You communicate independently with internal departments and suppliers
• You enjoy helping to shape processes across the company and contributing your specialist knowledge
• You create reports and evaluations for internal and external inquiries

Your Skills

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have completed specialist further training
• You have gained profound experience in finance and accounting
• You are very familiar with § 14 UStG
• You are confident in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• You have experience in the operation of common accounting software
• Your strong teamwork skills are complemented by organizational skills and an independent way of working
• Solution-oriented thinking and a high sense of responsibility are among your strengths
• You are fluent in German (C2 level) and ideally have a good command of English (at least B2)
