Senior Frontend Developer (f/m/x)

Are you ready to shape the digital world as a Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/x) and develop innovative, user-friendly solutions for challenging projects? Then we are looking for you as a full-time Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/x) starting June 1, 2025 – ideally in a hybrid working style from one of our Austrian offices such as Vienna or Wels.

Your tasks

• You design and implement sophisticated front-end applications with TypeScript, a modern JavaScript framework (Next.js/React, Vue, Angular, etc.) and take responsibility for the architecture
• You optimize the performance of our web applications and ensure high usability standards (WCAG, Lighthouse)
• You work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, product owners and quality assurance
• You set up design systems and component libraries and maintain them continuously (e.g. with Storybook, Styled Components or Tailwind CSS)
• You carry out code reviews and establish coding standards in the team
• You integrate external services via GraphQL or REST APIs 
• You take over the mentoring and coaching of our juniors in the team
• You are always aware of current best practices in frontend development, including component reusability, state management and testing
• You provide technical advice and training for internal teams and customers 

Your skills

• You have several years of relevant professional experience as a front-end developer or in a comparable role
• Ideally, you already have experience with the pre-sales process, moderation and technical consulting in a discovery phase, during workshops, etc.
• You have knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js/React and/or Angular
• You have already worked with state management solutions (e.g. Redux, State) and build tools (Webpack, Vite)
• You are comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• You understand responsive design and mobile-first approaches and implement them consistently
• You have strong architecture and development skills for Angular or Next.js/React projects
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• You are business fluent in German and English (language level C1 required)
