You do not develop AI concepts that stay on slides. You bring them into execution and create measurable progress for our clients.

At IBM iX, you shape intelligent experiences at the intersection of strategy, technology and data. As part of our Data & AI Practice, you work with interdisciplinary teams to make AI usable in practice – structured, responsible and impact-driven.

Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf | Full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid

You translate technological possibilities into viable solutions, assess feasibility and lead AI initiatives from idea to implementation. In doing so, you help shape both our clients’ transformation and the evolution of our AI portfolio.

Your contribution: AI is not discussed at our clients. It is applied – in a structured, responsible way with real added value.

Your tasks

Less concept. More execution.

• Develop impactful AI concepts to optimise processes and digital services
• Evaluate (Gen) AI use cases across technology, data management and regulatory requirements
• Define clear AI strategies and data-driven target states together with client teams
• Build and scale market-ready AI services to attract new and existing clients
• Lead and deliver AI initiatives end-to-end as Lead Consultant, from concept to go-live
• Represent IBM iX as an AI expert in client, network and industry contexts

What you bring

Experience meets mindset.

• University degree and proven experience in delivering AI projects successfully
• Ability to communicate complex (Gen) AI use cases clearly across all hierarchy levels
• Hands-on experience with relevant AI implementation technologies and solid understanding of data governance
• Strong drive to proactively guide clients on their AI journey and establish sustainable solutions
• Excellent communication skills, curiosity for technological trends and a strong sense for digital business models
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
