Working Student People Operations (f/m/x)

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of modern HR work and take on real responsibility? Then become part of our People Team and join us as a working student (f/m/x) for 15-20 hours per week as soon as possible – hybrid from our office in Berlin or alternatively remotely from anywhere in Germany! To ensure that you are financially supported during your practical experience, you can expect a salary of €14-15 per hour.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and assisting with documentation

• You will support the People Services team in administrative matters such as maintaining our employees’ personnel data in the relevant tool

• You will also help with recording sick leave and sick reports

• You will assist with preparatory payroll accounting and be responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is recorded completely and correctly

Your skills

• You are currently studying psychology, social sciences or economics with a focus on human resources or similar

• You are characterized by a strong organizational talent

• In addition to your independent & careful way of working, your strengths also include your team spirit, strong communication skills and a good dose of self-organization

• You are comfortable with the common MS Office programs

• You feel confident in Excel and can quickly familiarize yourself with new functions

• You have very good German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1)
