Project Management Officer (f/m/x)

You’re the person who sees the whole picture – legal, financial, operational – and knows how to keep everything aligned, compliant, and on track. When something needs to be organized, checked, improved, or clarified, you’re the one people trust.

We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week), ideally in Varaždin/Zagreb/Osijek in a hybrid way (partially home-office).

Your tasks

• You serve as the main contact and subject matter expert for Data Security & Privacy, ensuring all required measures and compliance standards are implemented
• You lead the production and timely delivery of reports, supporting accurate forecasting, controlling, and turnover tracking
• You interpret and apply contract requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout daily operations
• You set up and maintain systems for tracking project hours and costs, monitor adherence, and advise project teams
• You analyze operational data to provide insights that guide staffing decisions, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• You support Client Directors, Client Partners, and Project Managers with the offering process; coordinate and optimize invoicing; and provide essential project and administrative support to ensure smooth workflows across engagements

Your skills

• You work with strong attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• You handle project contracts, budgets, and complex administrative tasks with ease
• You present information clearly and communicate proactively
• You show strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an affinity for numbers and calculations
• You use (or are eager to learn) Projektron BCS or Atlassian tools such as Confluence
• You speak Croatian and English fluently (C1) and preferably German
