(Senior) Technical Consultant - Customer Lifecycle Transformation (f/m/x)

Are you ready to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers and design innovative solutions as a (Senior) Technical Consultant Salesforce (f/m/x)? Use your expertise and creativity to develop customized Salesforce solutions, mastering both technical and business challenges in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. We are looking for you to join our Salesforce team full-time (40 hours per week) – ideally on site in Berlin or Düsseldorf or alternatively fully remote from Germany.
IBM iX is a global fullforce partner for Salesforce CRM solutions with deep industry expertise in the DACH region. The IBM iX Salesforce colleagues work at several locations in Germany with headquarters in Berlin and strong connections worldwide. We support companies in developing leading digital solutions for a wide range of industries, especially for the automotive, life sciences, manufacturing, public sector and telecommunications industries.

Your Tasks

  • You are independent in the conception and implementation of technical solutions in the Salesforce area
  • You are responsible for the process analysis on the customer side as well as for the design of the overall solution, end-to-end
  • You take care of the translation of customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce functions and solutions
  • You take over the support and development of new business activities in the areas of Core Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Mulesoft and other relevant Salesforce Clouds
  • You provide support in the pre-sales phase, e.g. through cost estimates, solutioning and demonstrating our Salesforce expertise in customer presentations
  • You work with trend scouting of technical innovations in the Salesforce Eco System
  • You ensure sustainable and scalable solutions
  • You support and establish collaboration and communication with new and existing customers
  • You are characterized by a confident appearance in the interaction with customers

Your Skills

  • You have several years of experience in dealing with cross-cloud Salesforce solutions as well as several years of experience in the design and implementation of global systems in an enterprise landscape including their integration
  • You have methodical know-how and project experience in agile or hybrid development
  • You have strong conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce functions and workflows
  • You are experienced in providing best practice patterns from the Salesforce Eco System
  • You are willing to travel approx. 50% (depending on the project)
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and work as effectively within a team as you do as an individual
  • You have the passion to turn customers into partners through consulting
  • You have relevant technical and/or professional Salesforce certifications
  • You preferably have sound knowledge of database and object-oriented software design as well as Salesforce, Adobe & Optimizely
