In your role as an IT Service Agent (f/m/x), you are the first point of contact for colleagues across Austria as well as international locations, ensuring that infrastructure, systems and workplaces run reliably. At the same time, you help evolve the technology foundation our teams depend on every day. 
 
Your contribution: You connect people, systems and technology to create a stable, secure and high-performing work environment that enables productive collaboration across teams and locations.

Your tasks

• Providing central IT support for employees in Wels, Vienna and international locations
• Setting up and maintaining Windows and macOS workstations, including technical user support
• Operating, enhancing and securing server and network infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments
• Administering core systems and platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Jira and Confluence
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights to ensure secure system operations
• Coordinating hardware procurement and maintaining a fully operational IT workplace environment 

What you bring

• Completed IT-related education and practical experience in IT administration or IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments as well as experience with Microsoft Azure 
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash
• Solid understanding of web servers, databases, application servers, web services and network technologies
• A communicative, team-oriented mindset with a strong service focus and willingness to learn
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons, we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 55.356.
