Location: Vienna | Working model: Full-time, Hybrid

You actively grow the market, win new clients and turn existing accounts into strong, long-term partnerships. In the industrial segment, you develop data-driven business models and transform complex production environments into future-ready value creation systems.

Your contribution: sustainable growth, clear relevance and measurable impact.

Your tasks

• Develop and execute an impact-driven go-to-market strategy for Austria with clear KPIs and priorities
• Identify and realise market potential through targeted outbound approaches and acquisition of new industrial clients
• Lead complex sales processes through to closing and strategically grow key accounts
• Co-create compelling, tailored solutions with cross-functional teams and initiate new opportunities through workshops and presentations
• Build and leverage a strong network across IBM, IBM iX and partners to scale business impact
• Analyse sales performance, derive relevant market insights and continuously evolve the sales strategy

What you bring

• Several years of experience in sales, business development or go-to-market roles with a strong focus on the industrial sector in Austria
• Strong consulting mindset and the ability to advise and develop clients at a strategic level
• Established network with relevant decision-makers and a proven track record in building long-term client relationships
• Strong analytical capability to translate market and client insights into tangible growth initiatives
• Confident in leading cross-functional teams and strong closing, negotiation and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of industrial use cases and digital platforms
• German at C2 level, English at least B2 and willingness to travel within Austria

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons, we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 62.664.
