Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf | Work model: Working student (20h), hybrid

We create People Services that are reliable and proactive. To do this, we bring structure to data, clarity to processes and support our people as equals – with empathy and in a way that’s noticeable in everyday life.

Your contribution: With the support of our colleagues, you’ll manage administrative and people-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Your tasks

• Create people-related documents (e.g. employment references using existing templates and digital workflows)
• Maintain people data and ensure its quality on an ongoing basis (e.g. independently and reliably updating absence data in the HRIS (Rexx), particularly sick leave and communicating with our people)
• Support People Partner Services with operational tasks (e.g. event organisation, on-/offboarding)  
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across teams and countries  

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled in a degree programme – ideally in a field related to people, e.g. psychology, social sciences or economics  
• A structured, meticulous approach to work and a keen eye for detail
• Responsibility when handling sensitive data  
• Team spirit, clear communication and very good self-organisation  
• Proficient in MS Office and open to new tools  
• Very good command of German (at least C1) and good command of English (at least B2)
