As a Senior Consultant Digital Strategy, you help leading organisations define where they want to go next and how to get there. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you translate emerging technologies, customer needs and business priorities into actionable transformation agendas and sustainable growth.

Your tasks

• Design customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes
• Define target states and operating models across marketing, sales and service functionsIdentify, assess and prioritise AI, GenAI and Agentic AI use cases with business relevance
• Develop data-driven business and growth strategies that unlock new opportunities
• Lead maturity assessments and benchmarking initiatives to shape transformation priorities
• Facilitate executive workshops and manage senior stakeholder relationships throughout transformation programmes

What you bring

• At least 4 years of experience within a leading management, digital or strategy consultancy
• Proven expertise in Customer Experience, CRM, Marketing, Commerce, Sales or Service Transformation
• Strong understanding of modern digital, data and AI technologies and their business applications
• Excellent workshop facilitation, moderation and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong customer focus and commercial awareness
• Confident communication in German and English, willingness to travel and practical experience using GenAI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily work
