Location(s): Berlin or Düsseldorf – You’ll work at one of these locations under a hybrid work model (40% on-site, 60% working from home)
Working model: full-time, 40h

Digital transformation can only be successful if people embrace it. As a Digital Consultant (m/f/x) in the public sector, you’ll shape change processes, provide guidance in complex projects, and ensure that strategies translate into real impact.

Your contribution: You provide guidance in complex change initiatives, integrate organization, communication, and technology, and help our clients achieve sustainable success in their digital transformation.

Your tasks

• Development of change strategies and process models for digitization and transformation projects, from initial orientation to sustainable implementation
• Analysis of change needs, stakeholders, organizational conditions, and potential resistance, as well as the identification of concrete measures and priorities
• Design and facilitation of engagement, workshop, and dialogue formats for employees, managers, and other stakeholders
• Development of communication and enablement measures such as change stories, communication plans, influencer networks, training sessions, or practical support services
• Supporting implementation and ensuring the adoption of measures based on acceptance and utilization of new ways of working
• Independently managing work packages or workstreams according to experience level, as well as providing methodological consulting to our clients

What you bring

• A completed degree, for example in psychology, communication, social sciences, political science, public administration, economics, organizational development, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in change management, organizational development, communication, or supporting digital transformation projects
• Ability to analyze complex change situations in a structured manner and present them clearly; initial practical experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, workshop design, facilitation, or change communication is a plus
• An understanding of the specific characteristics of public administration or a strong motivation to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the digital transformation of the public sector
• An empathetic and confident demeanor, combined with analytical thinking, a sense of personal responsibility, and the ability to translate different perspectives into concrete action steps
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English, as well as a willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and challenges
