Working Student Office Management (f/m/x)

We are looking for you as student support in Office Management (f/m/x) for our great office in Berlin Mitte. The position is limited until August 31, 2026. To ensure that you receive optimal financial support during your practical experience, you can expect a salary of €14 per hour. 

Your tasks

• As a member of the office management team, you take care of the planning, organization and follow-up of customer and team events with a service-oriented mindset 
• You welcome our visitors, are the contact person and ensure their well-being  
• You are responsible for carrying out general administrative tasks such as orders and errands (also outside the office) 
• You ensure order and cleanliness in our premises during everyday life and events 
• If necessary, you will be deployed as a vacation replacement for our Office Managers 

Your skills

• Ideally, you have initial experience in office management, event management in the hospitality/hotel industry or in retail 
• You approach tasks in a structured manner and with a hands-on mentality 
• You are confident in using MS Office (e.g. Outlook) and are ideally already familiar with various communication channels such as Slack and can quickly find your way around them 
• You are not only flexible, but also think and act proactively 
• You are characterized by your empathy and your communicative, friendly manner 
• Ideally, you speak German very well (at least C1), but also understand written and spoken English (B2)
