Location: Vienna | Work model: full-time (38,5h per week), hybrid

We develop AI and data solutions with tangible value for our clients. You design scalable architectures, translate complex requirements into implementable systems and guide projects from idea to production.
Your contribution: turning concepts into systems that perform in the real world.

Your tasks

Less concept. More system.

• Own end-to-end architecture for data and AI platforms (scalable, secure, compliant)
• Design modern data architectures (e.g. Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Vault) and AI/ML pipelines
• Define standards for Responsible AI, governance and security
• Provide technical leadership in projects, internally and with clients
• Select and implement tools, platforms and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Optimise, monitor and move AI models into stable production environments
• Collaborate with engineering, security, sales and delivery on equal footing

What you bring

Experience meets mindset.

• Deep expertise in data and AI architectures (cloud-native, distributed)
• Strong understanding of MLOps, operationalisation and lifecycle management
• Experience with frameworks such as MLflow, Azure ML or SageMaker, including CI/CD for ML
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, AI Act)
• Ability to make complex systems easy to understand and actionable
• Experience in cross-functional, agile teams
• Very good German (C1) and English (at least B2)

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons, we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 53.802.
