Senior Low Code Consultant – Public (f/m/x)

Als Digital Consultant (f/m/x) with focus on Low Code, you will guide our customers through the world of digital transformation, develop innovative Pega solutions and create modern applications that increase efficiency and enable real added value in the public sector – in an environment that combines expertise, team spirit and creative freedom.

Your tasks

• You will act as an advisory and competent interface between our customers and the agile project team and develop technology-agnostic strategies for the digitalization of business processes
• You will work with our customers to design and develop customized, innovative processes and low-code solutions (Pega, a12, d.velop, or others)
• You will accurately record technical requirements and translate them into technically robust concepts, taking best practices into account
• You identify meaningful applications for innovative technologies—especially generative AI—and use low-code platforms as enablers to integrate them efficiently and responsibly into our customers’ business processes
• You will actively participate in the design and further development of new application platforms and support the selection of suitable low-code tools for the respective projects
• You will assist in the implementation of digital solutions using modern low-code platforms as needed
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage relevant stakeholders, and take responsibility for leading or moderating workshops and coordination processes 

Your skills

• You have several years of experience in the design, consulting, and implementation of digitization or process optimization projects — ideally with low-code platforms such as Pega, a12, d.velop, Appian, Mendix, or similar
• Your focus is on consulting: You have strong communication and presentation skills and confidently guide customers through complex change processes
• You are fluent in German (at least C1) and very good in English (at least B2)
• You have in-depth knowledge of process digitization, process modeling, and automation; certifications such as BPMN 2.0, ITIL, COBIT, or Design Thinking are a plus
• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and have a strong understanding of the interface between business, IT, and user requirements
• You feel comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams as well as interacting with stakeholders and decision-makers, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the public sector
